We never compromise on quality. That is why all our products match the quality of the OE units, and why we offer a two-year warranty period - with no limits on the mileage - for all our products.
The warranty period of 2 years are only valid if the product is mounted in accordance with our instructions and the product has not been dismantled or used in any way not intended for the product in question.
We will not honour claims for coverage of operational loss, loss of profit or time, or other indirect consequential economic losses.
Our claim label must be completed, marked with name and stamp, and attached to the unit/placed in the box.

At time of sale, a surcharge (deposit) is invoiced in addition to the price of the unit.
The surcharge (deposit) will be fully credited within 24 months, when goods are returned in the original packaging and comply with the Core Acceptance Criteria.
Cores returned to Lucas, which are not corresponding to items bought from Lucas, will be kept registered for 5 years.
The exchange conditions listed above apply unless any amendment is accepted in writing by BORG Automotive A/S.
